Our prices start at $22.95 for each camera. The price per camera goes down for larger orders. We do not charge extra for memory or early delivery. The damage insurance is an additional $5 per camera if you decide to add it. When comparing prices, remember all of the costs associated with disposables: film developing, unused film, poor picture quality, and missed photographs of that once in a lifetime candid moment. When you think about it, Digital is a no brainer.

Unfortunately, if the camera is lost or stolen, it will be necessary to charge you for the loss. We haven't found this to be a problem, and have done several things to prevent this from happening.
•Attached to the camera is a large card with instructions on how to use the camera. It also clearly states that the return of the camera is the responsibility of the bride and groom, and that the camera should be left on the table at the end of the event. Since most of the guests are family and friends, they are respectful of this.
•The door to the memory card on the camera has been sealed shut to prevent access to the memory. The camera and instruction card both clearly indicate this.
•If you are still concerned with theft, we suggest you have your DJ or master of ceremonies mention the cameras and that they should be treated with care for your special occasion. You might only distribute the cameras to trusted friends, such as your wedding party and family. Additionally, you may wish to have a trusted friend be in charge of collecting the cameras toward the end of your event.

As part of our service we include a CD with all of your pictures and videos for free. You also have the choice to buy additional CDs for $10 each for gifts for family and friends. You can send those images to your friends for them to print for free. We also provide the service where you and your guests can go online through the photo gallery and print as many pictures in whatever size they want. The cost to print from the photo gallery is comparable to most photo websites.

Projector Rental
| |
| |
Insurance is not offered on projectors. Like most technology rental companies, we employ a “you break it, you bought it” stance on damages to the projector. These damages include any major physical damages (cracks, broken buttons, or lens damage) or any damage which prevents the projector from working properly. The cost of the projector is $700. |
| |
| |
| |
Projectors need to be shipped out the first weekday after your event. MOST weddings occur on Friday or Saturday so the projector, along with the cameras will need to be sent back that following Monday. If a projector is sent back late, there will be a service charge of $50 a day.

We monitor the time a bulb has been used, and replace them well before the expected expire time. If a bulb burns out during the rehearsal dinner, we will not charge you for the rental. The projector monitors its own use, so if the projector is left on for an extended period of time (5 hours plus) and the bulb expires, then there will not be a refund. |
| |
| |
What do I use for a projector screen? |
| |
We do not rent screens for projectors. Sometimes, venues for weddings or rehearsal dinners will have an older screen that they will let you use for free or a nominal charge. If the venue does not have a screen, then we recommend you make your own which is very easy. One of the more popular options for a homemade screen involves a simple white sheet. Get some painter's tape (it won't peel off your paint) to secure a plain white sheet to the wall. Tape down the top and the two sides of the sheet to prevent movement from drafts or people movement.
Another easy solution involves the use of large sections of butcher paper, available at craft stores, paper stores and educational supply stores. Measure the height and width of the wall where you will be projecting the image, and purchase enough butcher paper to cover the whole section. Tape the seams together on one side only to avoid interference from shiny pieces of tape, and remember to tape the butcher paper with the “seams” running up and down the wall, rather than left and right. Tape the whole section of paper onto the wall with painter's tape, seam-side facing toward the wall, and enjoy the show.
